I recently tried the new Japanese Head Spa and - WOW! - I cannot say enough! Not only was the experience luxurious and relaxing, but it greatly improved my scalp and hair.
When I walked in the door after the treatment my husband asked if I had gotten color done, because my hair was noticeably more vibrant! 10/10 recommend!
Beginning with breathing exercises, and a shoulder massage led right into a relaxing hair cleansing, detoxing and hair mask treatment all the while receiving a scalp and facial massage using different techniques and tools to stimulate the senses. All the while promoting a healthier scalp and hair, it also included mental clarity.
I was most intrigued to see a microscopic view of what my scalp looked like before and then after the spa treatment. I did not realize that I had build up on the hair shaft and that my scalp was slightly dehydrated. After my treatment ended, a second viewing of my scalp and hair under the scope resulted in proof of a complete cleansing, leaving no traces of product buildup and my scalp was rehydrated.
Ending this incredible head spa experience was having a comforting hot tea waiting for me to sip on while having my hair blown out before I left. This is definitely a 5-star treatment and I highly recommend everyone to experience this at least once! What a great gift to give for holidays or any special occasion!
