Cancellation Policy

We know that sometimes things come up and you might need to cancel your appointment. But just to give everyone a fair chance, we have a cancellation policy that we ask you to follow.

If you need to cancel your extension service appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. For all other services, we need 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel later than that, we’ll have to charge you 50% of the services booked, and you’ll lose any deposit you might have made. If the salon is closed when you need to cancel you can email us at tws@twsalon.com or call and leave a message at 985-307-1130.

If you don’t show up for your appointment, we’ll have to charge you the full cost of the booked services.

We totally understand that things come up, but we want to make sure that we can serve our guests who are waiting for an appointment. We confirm appointments via text in advance because we know it’s easy to forget something you booked a long time ago. Since we reserve that time just for you.  Thanks for understanding!

 

Hair Extension Services

Hey there! If you want to try our Hair Extension services, you’ll chat with us first for a consultation before you make your booking. We’ve got lots of different methods to choose from, and we’ll customize it all to fit your hair type and what you want to achieve. It costs $50 for the consultation, but don’t worry, we’ll put that towards the cost of your service. 

Once you’re happy to go ahead, we’ll need you to pay a 50% deposit to cover the cost of the extension hair and secure your booking. Just so you know, that deposit is non-refundable.

 

Refunds

At TW Salon, we take great pride in our work and strive to provide exceptional service to all our guests. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your hair, we are committed to doing everything within our power to make it right. For this reason, we do not offer any refunds.

If you are not fully satisfied with your hair within 10 days of your service, please inform our team and we will work with you to address your concerns. After 10 days, any issues will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and additional service fees may apply.

To ensure the best results, our stylists may recommend products that are most suitable for your hair type.

We do not offer any adjustments if you attempt to rectify a previous service received at TW Salon through at-home treatments or services from another salon.

 

Product Refunds

 

If you have retail products that are unopened and unused, you may request a refund within seven days of purchase. For products that have been opened and are at least 75% full, you may exchange them or receive product credit for up to 30 days after purchase.
